Czech Modernist Crystal Prism Chandelier
Circa 1930's, Czechoslovakia

 

Stunning and unique Czech Modernist Chandelier, from the Art Deco Era. Six arm design with
polished nickel spheres that are topped with 14 1/2" high triangular, tapered solid crystal prisms.

A round, frosted glass panel is illuminated and suspended over the polished nickel frame.
A dome of black bakelite rests on a center disc and the downrod extends from this dome.
Round tubular Modernist designed canopy.
One of the most unusual chandeliers we have had, this chandelier is likely a one-of-a kind design.

Dimensions: 31 1/2" diameter, overall. GLass disc is 22" in diameter.
36 3/8" high overall. Downrod alone is 27" high and can be adjusted.

You may also suspend this canopy from a chain for use on a higher or cathedral ceiling.

Condition: In excellent restored condition.
The frame has been re-plated in polished nickel and is Re-wired for the USA.
