French Art Deco Hummingbird Chandelier
Circa 1920's, France 
Beautiful and unique French Art Deco
Period Chandelier.
Shown in the original painted green and brass finish, awaiting
restoration.
Our intention is to restore this in a two tone metal finish,
polished nickel and brass.
Dramatic and detailed, three molded,
opalescent glass Hummingbirds project from the sides of the top
flared section. The Opal Glass hummingbirds are backlit by bulbs
inside the top.
Six arms are designed with an elegant open teardrop design and
topped with molded glass shades that have a feather design. The arms
have a unique, cast brass design that compliments the overall
design.
The original chain and canopy are
included. Even the chain links are designed to complement the arm
design.
A lighted, lower glass shades completes the look, offering light at
three levels on this chandelier.
Dimensions: 35 1/2" Diameter, 38
1/2" high, as shown.
Body of chandelier only is 24 1/2" high. Canopy: 6 3/8" diameter.
Glass Shades are 8 3/4" in diameter.
Glass Birds at top: 8" high, project 3" and are 3 1/2" wide at
wingspan.
Condition: Shown in the original
painted green and brass finish.
Just restored in
polished nickel with brass accents, re-wired for the USA.
