Classic 1920's French Art Deco
Chandelier.
Arched and scrolled three arm design with glass globes, and a 4th,
identical center glass globe.
Highly detailed wrought iron frame, in the manner of Paul Kiss.
Scrolled, stylized floral Ironwork
by the firm of Chapelle in Nancy, France.
The signed, Mueller Freres Glass globes are very dimensional and
feature Moderne styled peacocks.
All globes are signed, "Muller Freres Luneville". The globes are open
at the top to allow for heat to escape.
Perfect for a Foyer or elegant
Powder room.
Dimensions: 34 1/4" high as shown.
23 1/2" diameter. Globes are 6" in diameter. The canopy is 7 1/2"
wide.
Flared top canopy that can be mounted to a flat ceiling or suspended
from a chain with a new canopy for use with a cathedral ceiling.
Condition: In excellent, previously
(2007) restored condition.
Re-wired for the USA.
