French Modernist Chandelier
Circa 1930's, France

 

Unique and striking French Modernist Chandelier.
Polished nickel and painted deep red, wood frame with pale pink glass rods.
Square, open profile with a center down post.

Four bulbs, can be used with bare round bulbs for an industrial modern look, with cloth shades as shown,
 for a more formal look, or with glass shades (not included, however there is a threaded ring will hold shades on).

Dimensions: 15 3/4" square. 39 1/2" high as shown. The down rod can be cut down if needed.
The polished nickel section is 16" high. The canopy can be suspended from a chain to hang
from a cathedral or higher ceiling if needed.

Condition: In excellent restored condition. (June 2010)
Re-plated, repainted and re-wired for the USA.
