French Art Deco Modernist Chandelier
Circa 1930’s, France

 

Wonderful 6 arm French Modernist Chandelier.
Polished nickel frame with a hexagon tubular frame,
with the hexagon shape graduating on the center post
and on the arm caps that hold the rare shades.

The molded glass shades are a frosted white with just a hint of opalescent.
We have never seen these shades before on any fixture.
They have a diamond pattern around them and are quite sculptural
in a Modern geometric design.

The bottom center of the chandelier repeats the graduated hexagon
design and finishes the chandelier nicely.

Dimensions: 30” wide with glass shades.
30 ½” high as shown-intended to be suspended from a chain.
Opal Glass shades are 6 ½” in diameter, 3” high.

Please note: There is no chain or ceiling canopy included,
you may use this with a new chain / canopy in a simple nickel design.
