Early French Art Deco Signed Chandelier
Circa early 1920’s, France

Classic stylized French Art Deco geometric
and floral design frame with matching (signed) molded glass bowl and shades.

Ideal for a lower ceiling height.

Six molded glass signed (see photo below) shades with matching large center bowl.
The geometric design on the glass is repeated on the arms of the metal frame.
The floral design in the glass is repeated in the canopy of the frame.
Note that the bottom view accentuates the geometric design of this chandelier.

Signature on shades, along with “FRANCE” molded in the glass edge.

Dimensions: 20 ½ “ high, 22 “ wide, as shown. Canopy: 5” wide.
Glass bowl: 10” high, 9 ¾” wide. Shades 5 ½” high, 4 ½” wide at bottom.

is for display / photographing purposes only. It is not included in the dimensions given
and is NOT included in the purchase of this chandelier. Your electrician should
be able to use the original canopy provided with the chandelier, unless it is suspended
from a chain to extend the height, in which case you may purchase
an additional canopy at your local lighting store.

Condition: In excellent original condition.
The metal frame has the original finish and patina intact.
We have left the metal in original condition for the purists, as this is an very early French Art Deco chandelier, however, it can be re-plated in the finish of your choice, for an additional fee.

Glass is in original excellent condition, no damage.
Re-wired with the original European sockets.
