French Art Deco Cubist Figural Bronze Hawk Statue

Wonderful figural bronze of a hawk, perched on a cubist sculpted mound of rock, with his wings outstretched.
Great detail on the talons (claws), face and wings of this fabulous bird-of-prey.
Mounted on the original black porto marble base.
Signed in the bronze cubist rock, on the left side, below the talon, 'Rischmann' and marked 'bronze'.

Overall dimensions: 15 5/8" high, 3 7/8" wide at wingspan, 5" deep base.

Condition: The statue is in excellent original condition. Patina intact.
The porto marble base has 5 small chips on the bottom back edges.
These are not noticeable and can be repaired easily if so desired.
