French Art Deco Pine Cone Wall Mirror
Circa 1920's, France

Classic early French Art Deco Wall Mirror with hand carved pine cone design in an oval
at the top of the Pier / Trumeau style frame. Hand carved wood with gesso and genuine
silverleaf, with a shiny, black lacquered border.

The genuine silver leaf finish was hand applied with a tonal matte and burnished
(polished) finish, to add extra dimension.

Original mirror with 1" bevel, framed in a fluted design with florets at all four of the corners.
Ideal over a fireplace mantle, console tables, dressers-or even over an elegant bathroom vanity.

Overall Framed Dimensions: 49 1/2" high, 28 3/4" wide at top, 27 1/4" wide at the middle/bottom.
Mirror: 31 1/2" high, 20 1/2" wide.

Condition: Frame in excellent professionally restored condition.
Heavy, well made mirror-with original mirror in excellent condition, showing very little age.
