French Art Deco
Figural Carved & Lighted Wall Mirror
In the manner of Sabino or Perzel
Circa 1920’s, France
Rare lighted wall mirror with
polished nickel skyscraper frame
and reverse carved peach and clear mirror.
Horizontal shape, ideal for over a fireplace mantel or buffet.
Figural flute player on the left and right sides,
with clouds that overlap into the center clear mirror.
Wonderfully done, the depth and design of the carving shows great
skill.
The stepped metal sides house the
sidelights and the tubular
shaped base houses the cords to connect both side fixtures.
This frame has a good weight to it and is very well constructed.
Thoughtfully designed, with a gap on each side to allow heat (from
the bulbs) to escape.
Unsigned, in the manner of and high quality of Sabino or Perzel.
Overall Dimensions, with frame: 18
5/8" high, 33 3/8" wide.

Center Mirror only dimensions: 16 5/8" high, 19 7/8" wide.

condition. The original center clear mirror shows some signs of
age/silver loss, as shown in photos below. If bothersome, this can
be re-silvered. Frame has been re-plated in polished nickel and

the plug can be removed by your electrician and it can be hardwired
and wall switched.
