French Art Deco Macassar Ebony Dining Table or Desk
Circa late 1930’s, France

 

French Modernist dining table in exotic Macassar Ebony with dark rosewood base/foot.
This would also be a unusual and wonderful ‘power desk’.
Pull out brass tipped supports for the addition of extension leaves.
(not included but could be custom made)
Brass tipped design detail on foot repeats the leave support design.
These base pieces can easily be re-plated in nickel if so desired.

Dimensions: 70 7/8” wide, 39 ¼” deep, 29 ¾” high.
The top is 3 5/8” thick.
Base pieces are each 34 7/8” wide, 3 ¾” thick.
There is 38 ¼” clearance between the two bases
and 13 1/8” from the end of the table to the base.

Condition: In very good restored condition
