French Art Deco Sideboard / Buffet
Circa 1940's, France

French Art Deco Burled and Mahogany Sideboard, with original black marble top 
and polished nickel tubular hardware. (drawer pulls and unusual decorative hinges)
Bank of 5 center drawers, with an inward curved front, framed in solid mahogany.
Expertly book-matched veneered doors and sides with beautiful, rich wood figuring.

Mahogany interior with 2 new 3/8" thick clear glass shelves ( with polished edges) on each side. 
Raised base design in beveled, solid Mahogany, with this design complimented on the top 
that frames the original black marble top.

A great choice for use under a flat screen TV. Disassembles for easy moving & transport.

Dimensions: 82 1/4" wide, 20 3/4" deep, 43 1/2" high with marble top.
Interior Dimensions: Left and right side cabinets: 31 1/2" wide overall (opening 26 5/8"), 17 1/4" deep.
4 glass shelves 3/8" thick, 16 1/2" wide.
Center drawers are each 4 3/8" high inside and 15 7/8" wide.

Condition: In excellent restored condition (April 2009) with a high gloss French lacquered finish.

All metal re-plated in polished nickel. New clear glass shelves.
Original black marble top has been repaired and polished.
