Folding Room Screen /  Divider
Circa 1970's, France

Black mica panels with brass and stainless trim.



Center panels measures: 79" High, 15 ½" Wide
Side Panels measure: 63" High, 19 ½" Wide.

 American Art Deco Carved Plaster Frieze.
Circa 1920's, American.



Triptych arched Leaping Gazelle Design, used as Ventilation covers for the radiator rooms of a grand Art Deco Movie Theater in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Dimensional, hand carved plaster over a metal frame, floral and forest theme with the popular leaping gazelle of the 1920's.

Only 2 triptychs sets are known to exist, we sold the first set in 2005 and are now releasing the second set from our personal collection to make available for sale now...

Thanks to the growing efforts of historical preservation organizations, such as the Art Deco Societies of the world,  finding architectural items such as this triptych are a rare opportunity.

Dimensions: 12' 2" long, 7' high.  American, Circa 1920's.

Attributed to Iron Master, Raymond Subes
Circa late 1930’s, France.

Set of right and left gates.

Classic design elements favored by Subes, the cross hatched design detail,
scrolls and bronzed sphere spacers.

Used in the 1930’s as an interior room divider,
can also be used as a firescreen or balcony rail.

Pair of French Art Deco Hand Wrought Iron Interior Gates / Room Divider / Entryway Frame
Circa 1920’s, France
In the manner of Raymond Subes.

Left and right pair of panels can be
wall mounted on one side and used to frame a room entrance.
This style of interior gate/room entrance
was popularized during the 1925 Paris Exposition.
They were used in many homes to separate the living and dining rooms.

Classic Art Deco scrolls, graduating from each side at top of each panel.
Center design on each gate features a Modernist Egyptian Lotus flower

traditional tea ceremony and scenic landscapes

Dimensions: 67 Ύ” high, each of the 8 panels are 21 7/8” wide,
