Contemporary Onyx Console / Sofa Table

Contemporary Far Eastern influenced Console or Sofa Table.
Beautiful jadeite green onyx insert in center of the table, that has a small space between the
two wood sections of the tabletop, to give an effect that the onyx is floating.
The tops of the legs are inserted into the top and have an aged copper appearance,
adding character and patina.

Dramatic All glass and polished nickel, demi-lune, lighted console tables.
Almost 1" thick tabletop, with a polished edge and demi lune frosted glass panel on top.
Center column is constructed of clear Glass Rods and illuminates from the center.
Metal frame with a highly polished nickel finish. Base has a clear glass surface with a sandblasted 1" border. Floor switch on cord, can also be hardwired if so desired.
Ideal for a small entry or hallway, putting the light on a timer.
Or, use a pair to flank an entryway or even as bedside tables.

These console tables were custom made in the 1980's, in Italy, for the iconic Sunset Towers hotel hallways. Many of the pieces made for this hotel were re-created after period French Art Deco furnishings.
