Removed from a castle in Austria.
Very unusual pair of Art Deco period chairs.
Bold design with a center medallion, much like the exotic designs of Carlo
Bugatti.
Highly polished Black Lacquered finish, in the quality of Eileen Gray or Jean
Dunard.
Carved design is painted with a beige lacquer, to resemble
an ivory inlay when viewed from a distance.
Please note the designs are not identical, but very similar-as they were done by
hand.
