that have been carved with an Art Nouveau design,
with a slightly rustic feel to the hand carved background and
detail.
Cherry stained background with raised relief that has various rich
coloration;
verde, plum, golden tones.
These panels would be ideal in a Art Nouveau, Arts & Crafts /
Craftsman decor.

Art Deco Carved Plaster Frieze. Circa 1920's, American.

Triptych arched Leaping Gazelle Design, used as Ventilation covers
for the radiator rooms of a grand Art Deco Movie Theater in
Cincinnati, Ohio. Dimensional, hand carved plaster over a metal
frame, floral and forest theme with the popular leaping gazelle of
the 1920's.
Only 2 triptychs sets are known to exist, we
sold the first set in 2005 and are now releasing the second set from
our personal collection to make available for sale now...
Thanks to the
growing efforts of historical preservation organizations, such as
the Art Deco Societies of the world, finding architectural items
such as this triptych are a rare opportunity.

These panels were removed from a hotel in South Beach
(Miami Beach)
that had been previously remodeled in the 1980's.
Black and frosted design over clear
panels, expertly created to imitate glass.

St. Regis Hotel Beau Arts Style Elevator
Door Panels
4 door panels available
Circa 1904, New York 
Elegant Polished iron door panels,
previously used as the hallway elevator lift doors at the St. Regis
Hotel in New York City.

During a past renovation the
iron doors were removed and replaced with new solid brass panel
doors,
as you see pictured below. They have etched the design
of the original doors on the new doors to maintain the authentic
pattern used on the iron doors we are offering.

The St. Regis Hotel opened in
1904 by the Astor family.
The Beau Arts beauty flourished with
the vision of Colonel John Jacob Astor IV,
whose life was
tragically taken when the Titanic sank in 1912. Caroline, "Lady"
Astor took over the hotel and created a magical hotel that has
carried on for over 100 years.
